Separate Bathroom for Roommate

Hi my name is Alison And I am currently renting out the 2nd bedroom in my two bedroom apartment because my son just went away to college. The room is very lovely and spacious it is furnished with a Queen size bed, gaming desk, walk in closet, and a dresser.. It has a beautiful vbeautiful view and big Bay window. This room will have its own separate full bath. As a roommate you will have access to the kitchen and washer and dryer.

I am a 44 Old teacher/contractor. I work in Richmond and I'm A Buddhist.. I pray during sunrise and sunset. I have a American terrier (dog) who's about 150 pounds.. There is garage access cafe, and Bart access all within 5 minutes . The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the ceilings are are high. It has s loft feel. I would love to have a roommate who is quiet clean and courteous. I am very sensitive to noise at night and would not be able to deal with loud music or television after 10 PM PM. If you can cook that is awesome as well. We just need ro keep the kitchen afterwards. I love jazz music, card games, and great dialogue. But I can also be very quiet and introverted.
