Hi! We're looking for someone to join 2 easygoing girls in their late 20s in a 3 bedroom/1 bath apartment in uptown Hoboken. We are laid back and friendly and like to keep our space clean. One of us commutes to work and the other is on a hybrid work schedule, 2-3 days/week in the office. Large apartment with eat in kitchen and giant living room. The bedroom fits a queen bed, desk and has a huge closet. Bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished.

5 minute walk to Trader Joe's, Pier 13, NYSC gym and great restaurants. Bus stop across the street and easy access to the city. Several parking garages nearby or street parking available. Elevator building with laundry in the basement. Utilities ~$50/month for internet and electric. Pet friendly!
