The building is full of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, laundry, golf room, package room, and a rooftop lounge and deck.
The room is partially furnished with a retractable bed, closet space, and a small cabinet.
Rent includes wifi, weekly cleaning, and supplies (e. g. paper towels, toilet paper) provided by management.
There are 2 roommates, both professionals, respectful, clean, quiet, and usually out so you'll have the space to yourself when you need it.
The rental process is very quick and management will need 2 recent pay stubs and a good credit score.
