Looking for a Chill Roommate
Looking for a new roommate in the Culver area. I'm a social worker at a hospital, grew up in Mississippi and went to Grad school in Baltimore. I'm a non-smoker and looking for the same. Current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend.
Unfurnished room available in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in the Culver City area for October 1st - can be earlier if needed - for $1287.50 +$1287.50 security deposit, + split utilities (LADWP, SoCal Gas, Starry Internet) as water/trash are included.
Top floor unit (no upstairs neighbors!) with hardwood floors in the common spaces and lots of natural light. Full kitchen, small dining space, and a small balcony. Roommate style layout with the bedrooms (carpeted) on opposite sides of the common space. Living room and kitchen are mostly furnished. The available bedroom is the primary with 2 closets, en-suite bathroom with a large vanity area and walk-in shower (no tub).
The building is very secure, on-site laundry and covered/gated tandem parking. Sadly no pets.
5 minute walk to downtown Culver with lots of restaurants, fitness classes/gyms (Equinox/Orange Theory), and easy access to the 405 and I-10.
