The quaint neighborhood offers homes from 2 to 3 bedroom 1200 to 1300 square feet, it’s small, but cute townhomes. We are offering one room to be rented out. Green valley lakes is conveniently located to top ranked schools serving the community, well known retail stores, and local eateries.

Are you out here only for a job in Fairfield, and need a room to rent for that reason? We are a Christian family seeking a male tenant that is clean, pays rent on time, responsible, no drama, and is respectful. We have one private small single furnished room for rent nestled in the heart of Green valley Fairfield, ca. It has a shared bathroom as well w my Roomate.

Amenities: The new roomate has access to a full snack bar included at your convenience. We have complimentary coffee, water, baked desserts, a light dinner all located in the breakfast island. The living room has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dark cherry wooden cabinets w a backsplash. We have all Ashley furniture, and it has high vaulted ceilings. A brand new dining set from Ashely was just purchased in dec 2018. The cream chairs near the breakfast bar was also purchased brand new from Ashely. I upgrade all my furniture every 4 years from Ashley, with all brand new furniture. You have Full access to the kitchen, in home residence washer/dryer, WiFi, Netflix without cable tv is all included in your room! Indulge in a way of life that offers the extra amenities you have been yearning for, we simply treat you like family once you live here!

Expectations of roommates: Cleanliness, no shoes in the home, responsibility( pay rent on time), and respectfulness is a must! If you display all these 3 qualities we will get along well. We have had roommates that have stayed here for 2 to 3 years and only moved out due to a job change, or differences in opinions, so we are very easy to get along with and expect the same from you.

Space: The small room comes with a twin sized sleigh bed purchased in the yr of 2020 clean sheets, down sized comforter, and a flat screen tv with Netflix channels and Hulu. This beautiful townhouse is located to multiple banks, Anytime fitness gym, Safeway, TJ Maxx, and Costco. We are also walking distance from the lake, Nelda Mundy elementary school, the pool, park, and there is a hiking trail nearby. We are in a prime location, just a short distance from the freeways I 80 east towards Fairfield, Napa, and concord. There’s also entertainment venues nearby.

Communication: Things happen, and the best way to communicate with me is through phone or in person. Effective communication is a must. We all say things with concern in a way where we can all get along well. Basically we say things in a nice way, and therefore together seeking a intervention that works for all members of the household. Vice versa. Peace and comfort in a home is two priorities of what we all are searching for. I am available by text, in person, or by phone from the hours of 9am-6pm Monday through Friday.

***Condescending behavior, punitive acts, or verbal abuse will result in a 30 day or 60 day eviction notice to vacate the premises. We will not tolerate any type of verbal abuse whatsoever in the household.

*** We are safe, practice social distancing, and we get tested for Covid weekly. We expect our potential roomate to be safe as well, and to please report any flu like symptoms to us asap and quarantine in a different place such as a local hotel as well. Whoever has the Covid is what I’m saying if it is Covid.

If there is an issue with anything that needs repair, I will try my very best to take care of the issue ASAP, please allow 24 to 72 hours for repairs. If it’s a maintenance issue, ordering parts and installation does take time; therefore, it depends on their schedule of when the mechanic is available to repair the problem. However, this wouldn’t be an issue because I take care of things ASAP.

The Green valley lakes community is conveniently located between Sacramento, San Francisco, and its only 15 min away from the wine country, Napa. Travel nursing or working professionals are encouraged to apply, the room is good for only one male person, but serious inquires only please.

Six months or longer is preferred, but I will consider a sublease I just need an honest answer of how long your duration of the stay will be, the goal is to keep the private room occupied. The private room will be available on the first of the month, and the rent per month will be 1250 and with shared bathroom with my other male tenant. The room is only good for one person. I have been renting out rooms since the year of 2014. Thank you!
