The room has hardwood floors; a small walk-in closet and a private bathroom (unattached to the room), off-street parking, kitchen and laundry privileges, and wifi. There is a nice covered patio in the backyard, along with three fruit trees: grapefruit, pomegranate, and kumquat. Rent is $1250 a month. Being LGBTQ-friendly and feline-friendly is a must. The house is close to mass transit – the nearest bus stop is just two blocks away and light rail is a 30-minute walk. Short distance to both Cal-Tech and Pasadena City College.
