I have a room to rent out to you. It's located right at the pike in Downtown Long Beach. The Apartment Complex is Camden Harbor View.

The apartment is a three bedroom apartment. The room is located on the 6th floor and it has a view to the pike, ferris wheel, and the queen marry. It also has a balcony to step outside to see these views.

The room available is a corner room of the building. It has two windows with views to the ferris wheel as well. The closet has mirror slide doors.

There is a washer and dryer in the apartment so you can do your laundry at the comfort of your own place.

Wireless internet and cable tv will be provided.

Bathroom is shared with another roommate. As there are only two bathrooms in the apartment.

This is a luxury apartment. Keyless entry to get into and out the apartment structures, gym, and underground parking. A key fob will be given to enter the apartment if you select to move in.

There are two other tenants who occupy the two other rooms. Both of them are males. One of them is hardly there as he lives on and off the property through out the week. The other one is there daily after work but hardly ever comes out his room.
