Professionals looking for respectable roommates

Looking for a respectful and responsible person to rent long term a fully furnished bedroom with shared bathroom, in a 4 bed/2.5bath 2 stories 1900 sqft house. Every room has the latest state of the art individual temperature control.

I am a professional male, with a full time job away from the house. I do rock climb from time to time on my time off from work. You’ll be sharing the house with myself and 1M roommate. I am quiet, clean, considerate and respectful of others. I’d expect the same for all my roommates.

No smoking. No drugs. No pets. Not a party house, but if you do like occasional board game gatherings, that’s okay. You are welcome to use any part of the commonly shared part of the house (living room, kitchen, backyard).

$980/month utility included, deposit $980. Short term, furniture additional. Occasional house cleaning fee will be split among all roommates. Must be fully employed. Must be able to provide 2 references. I can also provide 2 references (from my current and previous roommates). Must be fully covid vaccinated. There will be a $40 application fee, through SmartMove.
