Huge bdrm in 2-bdrm apt! LGBTQ :) Spacious & chill

Hey,

Unfortunately my roommate has to move bc of family issues (we've been friends since babies!) so I have a room to fill in University / Kingsbridge, BX. Equidistant from the 1 train and the 4 train. D train not too far out either!

The apartment is on the 1st floor but on a hill and facing W so the sunsets are immaculate!!! from the livingroom and dining area. The bathroom is a little tight & the building is old, but the apartment itself feels like an oasis, really. The room has beautiful windows and can fit a king size bed with ease. Cats are allowed (& welcome! maybe we can get one together?)

We can interact as much and as little as you'd like. I'm usually out until 8 on weekdays & often gone for weekends too. I like listening to music when I cook and sometimes play guitar but overall the house will be chill. There's a nearby Target, Aldi's, T. J Max, and many groceries stores walking distance. Many parks and by the water!
