Bedroom with a nice sized closet in a quiet single family house. Ideal location just a short drive to Los Gatos, Vasona Park, grocery stores, and shopping centers. The neighborhood is clean, safe, with bike lanes, and a nice park walking distance. Plenty of street parking. A short walk from Tech bus hub off Camden & Hwy. 85.

The room is freshly painted with new carpet. Rent includes utilities, access to washer/dryer, and limited space in the kitchen. I prefer very limited cooking of meat in the home. Microwave/toaster oven ok to use. Main house bathroom is shared. If you have a hybrid car, access to fast charging unit is available. Wi-Fi/cable is extra.

No pets. I have indoor only cats and an old small dog so if you are allergic, this is not the place for you.

I am looking for a single professional or serious student who is honest, clean, and responsible. No couples, single adult only. Proof of income required. Due to the ongoing pandemic, I can only accept a tenant who has proof of being fully vaccinated (and boosted) against Covid-19.

Only renting to an individual who does NOT smoke, do drugs, use marijuana, or vapes. Alcohol OK so long as it does not result in drunkenness. No guests or sleepovers at this time due to Covid-19. Absolutely no drama. Someone who lives clean, leads a healthy lifestyle, and takes care of him/her self would be ideal.

Deposit of $500 required at move in. Rent is $850 per month, due the 1st day of month (can be pro-rated depending on move in date). Reduced rate for commuter who will be in the home M-F only.
