I’m a research technician at Columbia University Medical Center and I’m looking for a roommate from August 2022-June 2023. I (unfortunately) don’t have pets but am open to someone who does. I tend to work a lot and will be applying to graduate school in the fall. The unit has air conditioning, private bath, large closets, in unit washer-dryer, a kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven, and a balcony. Electricity and wifi are not included. The unit is in a condo building with a doorman, elevator, gym, rooftop, bike storage and is a short walk to A/C/1. The landlord and realtors are wonderful to work with.
