Room with private bathroom and walk in closet

Looking for a housemate to fill 1 bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in closet. The apartment houses 4 people total with 4 bedrooms, each including a private bathroom. We have a shared living room, kitchen, balcony and garage. Parking is guaranteed for tenants in the garage or an assigned parking space. The shared spaces are fully furnished with most amenities, including a TV, couch, and kitchen appliances. Shared laundry room is included on the property. We are 25-35 years old, 1 female and 2 males. We all work Monday-Friday, one roomate works at home as an Accountant, two of us work in health care as a Nurse an the other as an Audiologist. and on the weekends we enjoy hanging out, surfing, skating, snowboarding, traveling, eating, cooking and chillin at home. We consider ourselves outgoing, fun and open people and we keep our space generally clean in consideration of each other. Covid-19 vaccination/booster is required.
