The street is a bit noisy, but the neighborhood is vibrant and convenient.
Subways: 5 mins walk to B and D lines, 5 mins to line 6, and 7 mins to F, J, and M lines.
Credit and background check are required. Proof of income is required.
The rent is $1,300/month. First month and deposit required. Cable internet is an additional $50/month. ConEdison is usually about $50/month divided by 2.
About myself: An artist in her 40's. I have a studio in PA where I spend most of my time, so I'm scarce.
