I am occupying the other bedroom and have one small dog and a turtle. One pet considered with pet rent. Split electricity, gas, and internet bills. The apartment is on the third/last floor and on top of a hill so gets amazing light however there is no elevator so it is unfortunately not handicap accessible. LGBT+ friendly.
