Looking for a young FEMALE professional (not working from home) or full-time student who is clean, quiet, and respectful to share my 4 bedrooms and 3 baths two story house home located at West Hills. The house is in a safe location, the neighborhood is nice and very quiet. Parking space is available. Less than 7 minutes’ drive to the shopping center, restaurants and much more. The laundry is inside the house. There are no kids and pets in house, very clean, quiet, have no drug, no smoking, and no party at home. One un-furnished room with a full bathroom is available. The rent is $1200, all utilities included plus $1200 refundable deposit to move in. Light cooking, no pets and drugs, no overnight guest, single person only.
