Room for rent in a large 5-bedroom home in Harbor City. 1 room with shared bathroom on the second level. The room has carpeted flooring, mirrored closet, and recessed lighting. First month + deposit due before move in.

The house has tile throughout the downstairs with an open living/dining area. Updated kitchen, on site laundry and an enclosed patio off of the living room. Utilities are about $50-$75 every other month. Attached 2-car garage, on-street and off-street parking is available as well.

We are about 20 minutes from Redondo/Hermosa/Manhattan, and about 2 miles from Torrance Rolling Hills Plaza with a Trader Joes, Whole Foods, 24 Hour Fitness and various coffee shops and restaurants.

About the roommates: You will be living with 3 mid - late 20's girls. We are rarely all home at the same time due to our schedules not matching up so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time. I am in the fitness industry, and the other two roommates are in heath care and the service industry. There are already 2 cats so we do ask that you do not have any pets.

Available 08/01, but possibly as soon as 07/15.
