We' re in Glendale, close to the 134 and 5 freeways, the Americana, Glendale Mall and Glendale Community College. We' re smoker friendly. We' re looking for one more roommate that will fit right in and become a friend.

The apartment is really large. More than enough room for 4 people to live comfortably. The complex has a workout room, 3 laundry rooms, pool, jacuzzi, barbecues and assigned parking. It' s 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It' s walking distance to Ralphs Market, Starbucks and Baskin-Robbins.

This will be a shared room. It has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. It' s fully furnished with a twin bed and dresser.

We have a very friendly cat , a bearded dragon and savanna monitor. The kitchen is huge with your own cupboard for food and a shelf space in the fridge. It has central air so the uniit stays cool all summer long..
