12-months lease (shorter can be discussed, rent would increase).
Acceptation subject to a short call with the other roommates to see if the vibe is a good match.
Income requirements from the landlord are: 3 x the rent / 650 + credit score.
Note: No parking available at the house, however Resident Street Parking Passes can be obtained at the City of Manhattan Beach - this parking is 3 mins walk away, at the beach.
