This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood where you have a boulevard with a privileged wonderful view to Manhattan skyline where you can go to parks and do exercises. You will be sharing the place with me and one nice and two nice respectful men.

You have wiffi, electricity and water included. You have a shared bathroom and kitchen and heat during winter. All included.
