Beautiful Penthouse in Hollywood

Hi there! My roomie Molly & I are looking for a female roommate to move in June 11, 2022. We are laid back but clean, and like to have fun but also work hard. We are looking for someone chill and like-minded that we can hang out/get along well with!

The unfurnished bedroom we are offering comes with a full-length sliding mirror closet, a large window, and a private bathroom in the hallway complete with an elegant marble finishing. I am the first resident to live in this apartment, so it has great energy and no damages, plus is super clean:) The apartment is furnished with brand new stainless steel, granite countertops, an abundance of kitchen supplies, hardwood floors, living room/dining room furniture, a 70-inch TV in the living room for everyone to share, and in-unit washer/dryer. We also have a balcony overlooking the hills and Melrose Avenue. We are walking distance to Larchmont Village and just a short drive to all the hot spots in West Hollywood.

You will need to pay your rent, $1350, no later than the 1st each month either through Zelle or Venmo (for Venmo you’ll need to send a couple days in advance to allow for transfer time) There will also be a standard deposit of $1000. I would prefer for someone to stay no less than 6 months, preferably 1 year. All of this can be discussed/figured out when you come to meet with us and see the apartment:) we also accept zoom meetings if you are unavailable to meet in person.
