▪️Split Electric usually no more then $20/30ish a month

They're Two Bathrooms one being mine solely so you'd just share with my other tenant and you'll are welcome to customize it.

Location of my place is in BOYLE HEIGHTS close to downtown.. ALHAMBRA is our neighbor lol📍

My room has the Balcony which I'd be more then happy to let you chill on!!

On street Parking and Laundry is off site 2 minutes down the street!
