Private Bedroom and Bathroom

Hi I am looking for someone to take over my room indefinitely. I will be leaving the room furnished with the bed, dresser, side table, and the love sac(optional). This can be a month to month type of situation, or a more permanent situation.

My roommate-
She’s a very sweet and honest person. She’s a professional, so she spends most of her week days working. She’s very clean and organized, and super easy to get along with. The only spaces you would be sharing are the common spaces (kitchen, living room). She’s a very tidy person, so ideally someone who’s minimalistic, and organized would be perfect.

The neighborhood:
This neighborhood is VERY walkable, and VERY SAFE. We are just two blocks up the hill from everything downtown.
