1 bedroom available in 2 bedroom apartment

Hello,
I am seeking a roommate or roommates to share a 2 bedroom apartment with. Rent is $1025 not including utilities or internet. Rent with utilities and internet can be anywhere from $1180 to $1200 depending upon the usage. Internet of course is a fixed price but PG&E and EBMUD can vary. You would need to put down $1025 as a deposit. I am open to the idea of rooming with a couple, we would split the complete rent 3 ways.

There is a shared livingroom, bathroom, and kitchen. There is a pretty long patio, enough to grow a garden and access to a carport to park your vehicle in.

I am a 33 year old female who works in the ABA field. My work schedule varies but I do like to hang out at home, watch movies, read, and cook. I hike most weekends and visit family. I am social but can also keep to myself. I have 1 Male cat. I am open to rooming with someone who has pets or not. I am looking for someone who can communicate their needs, set and keep boundaries, and will help out with keeping our home clean. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
