The room available is actually half a house . I recently moved into this house. It's a 3 Bedroom in the East Spring Branch Area that has recently been updated . It's very close to I-10 West / 610 West . The third bedroom will remain empty and probably be a guest bedroom in the future .
About your potential roommate:
Mature male , enjoying the outdoors ( Fishing & Duck Hunting ) , workout &   work part time . I'm available to do what I want at any time . I'm a college graduate , friendly , drama free , outgoing , clean , respectful , & responsible. 
The room is 14.5 ×10 , unfinished ( can be furnished ) nice backyard , quiet & safe neighborhood , friendly neighbors , washer & dryer , nice backyard .
Rent is split evenly :
$997.50 + 1/2 of utilities , should be less than $150 each ( all due the 1st of month )
Refundable Deposit: $997.50
Terms : 6 months preferred ( negotiable ) 
Cable TV & internet are included .
No pets , no drugs , lite drinking OK , prefer non smoker ( smoking outside OK ) .
Application fee will be $40. & only charged if we get to a background/ credit check .
