1 bedroom in a 3BR, 2 Bath-$825/month

I am looking to fill a room in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Sunset Park for March 1st. I have lived in this apartment for 10 years and the other roommate, Kendra, has lived here for 1.5 years. The apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen, a balcony, private roof access, central AC and heating, and two bathrooms, so you would just be sharing with Kendra (the second bathroom is in my room). It is on the top/3rd floor of a house with two other apartments. The room can fit a full bed (pictured). It has a closet and a skylight that is openable for air flow. There is a central AC and heating unit in your room where you can control the temperature as you like it- each room has it's own unit. The apartment is a five minute walk to the R train and a ten minute walk to the N and D trains, 2 express stops away from the city. It is close to pretty parks, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry mats, gyms, Industry City, and is a very friendly area. Kendra and I are both women in our mid-30s. I have a 9-5 working 2 days in office and 3 days from home (my room usually). Kendra works mostly evenings, in-person. The room is $825 a month plus 1/3 of utilities (internet, electric, gas, which averages about $100 per month per person. This time of year it's usually a little over $100 and then goes down as it gets warmer since heat is electric). First + security ($1650 total) is required to move in, and you would sign a sublease agreement with me. We are looking for a female roommate who is nice, neat, and considerate.
