Our roommate is moving out in mid February, and we are looking to fill her room for March 1st.
This is a 3 BR 2 Baths, and you would be sharing a bathroom with my roommate. Huge room - lots of space for a desk/closet/any sized bed with large windows. Kitchen includes dishwasher and water/ice dispenser. The bedroom has a flexed wall (floor to ceiling, no gaps). Building has full time doormen and laundry. Photos are from the listing so as to protect my roommates' privacy! The bedroom is behind the 2 doors.
This is a sublet on a month to month basis.
About us:
- We are both working professionals, I work in finance and my roommate is in the culinary field
-Friendly, considerate, and communicative!
- Social and out frequently, but we like to keep the apartment as more of a quiet place to relax rather than a frequent social hub
- Very clean, we clean up the whole kitchen as soon as done cooking and keep the shared spaces looking neat
