Looking for a roommate in South LA. Private room with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Currently 3 musicians, and a college student living here, all male. Ideal for other college students or professionals. Preferably someone in their 20s-30s. Must be ok with a house cat. No other uncaged animals are allowed. Looking for a friendly low key easy-going roommate. Cleanliness is a must. Lease is enforced and must be able to follow simple house rules.
$725 a month + $60 for utilities includes internet. $300 deposit required to hold room. Avialable February 1st.
Must be able to pass a background check and provide proof of income in the form of 2 check stubs no exceptions!
