Room in Newport luxury building with NYC views!

Hello! We have a flex bedroom available for 2+ months in our apartment. It's my room and I'm subletting it while I'm with family for a few months. The other 2 roommates are really chill, respectful, and friendly. It's a great room if you're looking for something furnished and comfortable with luxury amenities and a great area. And right around the corner from the nearest PATH train!

This room is part of our living room that converted into a bedroom by putting up a secure cubicle wall. It's a very spacious room with lots of sunlight and amazing skyline views. There's a shared sitting area and kitchen, and you'd share a bathroom with 1 female roommate.

More about the location: large roof deck, laundry in building, lounge, Starbucks across the street, Path is a 2 minute walk away.
