Very close to LaGuardia Airport

About the Residents
Must love cats. Bay, Galaxy; Houdini & Ebony reside here. You are not expected to take care of them but be kind. There is me . . . I used to live with my sons and ex-husband; now newly single and an empty nester. I am friendly, open minded and welcoming. I am moving in a new apartment. Vaccinated. Must be vaccinated since I work in a school.

Let’s Be Real!
Some of the no-no-no rules on SpareRoom surprised me!
A couple of family or friends over for a meal, to watch a movie, play a game, study or an occasional overnight guest is okay – mostly on the weekend. Vice Versa for myself so we can have a bit of a social life.
My sons will visit ‘home’ (NYC) and occasional friends stay overnight or visit.
Just shoot a text/communicate first to give heads up and get a thumbs up so all are comfortable.

Common sense to clean after yourselves. Be courteous, smile and greet hi or bye. KINDness goes a long way. If you want to stay in your room or living room and vice versa for me, take no offense – people sometimes want or need their own time and space. If you work or are out a lot, all to its own.

Furniture will be moved in Saturday, January 22nd.
The smaller bedroom will be advertised soon.
