Lg Rm In Condo Complex With Private Beach & Pool

I have a large bedroom (13'4" x 10'6") with corner windows and a big closet available in a 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom second floor condo. The only other tenant is myself and I'm very close with the awesome landlord. The landlord lives over 2 hours away though so it's very possible that you'll never meet him. The condo is located in a complex with a PRIVATE beach, community pool, and FREE parking. One of the full bathrooms is in my bedroom, the other full bathroom will be all yours! The rest of the condo will be a shared space. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer-dryer as well. There is also a decent sized terrace located off of the living room. The pictures show the condo unfurnished, but it will be completely furnished when you move in, including a 55" 4K smart TV. You will only need to provide your own bedroom furniture. Electric and Wi-Fi will be split with me. Everything else is included in the rent. Couples will be considered at $2,000/month and $2,000 security deposit.

I am a single (LGBTQ+ friendly) male currently working from home on my own tech startup. Some of my interests include music, sports, good food, hiking, technology, meeting new and interesting people, going to tap rooms with friends, etc. I like to keep a clean and tidy living space, but I am in no way a "clean freak". I usually keep to myself and I spend hours Monday-Friday at my desk (located in my bedroom) working on my startup. I'm pretty easy going and have never had problems with roommates in the past. I also have a cat, but he keeps to himself as well and his litter box, food, and water are in my bedroom. I got tired of the cleanup after hosting parties at some point in my mid-20s so I never have them anymore. You're welcome to have a few here and there though! I don't smoke cannabis that often anymore, but I am 100% 420 friendly. Smoking inside is fine by me, but cigarettes must be smoked outside.

All I expect from a roommate is for them to be respectful, considerate, and pay their portion of the rent/bills on time. I have a very tight circle of friends so I'm not desperate for a roommate-bff situation. Becoming good friends would just be a plus. The lease will probably be month-to-month so it won't be a huge deal if things don't work out. The rent will be guaranteed to not increase for at least 12 months.
