Looking for someone to take over my lease which ends September 30th 2022. ONE BEDROOM w PRIVATE bathroom available in 3 bedroom apartment in Hells Kitchen. Two 24 yr old female roommates. They are clean, quiet, kind and friendly. MASSIVE room with MASSIVE window and two HUGE closets. Apartment has AC. Essentially a studio with a communal kitchen/living room. Brand new building with an elevator. Laundry in building. Apartment building has a massive communal patio.

Street is quiet, only one lane and treelined. Amazing restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Only a couple blocks from Central Park and Riverside park. Nice gym nearby at Mercedes House. The room is 1,667 (incredible covid deal). We have spectrum WiFi set up with is $16 per person per month. Apartment comes unfinished but willing to leave my desk and other pieces if interested.

Looking for someone in their 20s or early 30s-- someone who keeps the communal space clean and is relatively quiet. Anyone is welcome but more hesitant with straight male applicants. Students/ graduate students and working professionals welcome. Both roommates speak English and one speaks Spanish as well.
