Newly renovated, furnished room with a massive closet, king-sized bed, smart TV. All new bathroom. Looking for a good fit: ideally an open minded, responsible, clean, honest, intelligent and professional (NOT working from home) male to rent a room I have available.
This is NOT a party house. I'm a self-employed, sober, masculine, gay male. Other tenant is a professional straight male. I don't care if you drink as long as you're not an alcoholic. Drugs other than marijuana are NOT acceptable.
Property backs up to a creek in a well-established neighborhood in the Southpark area. 2 minutes from the mall. 15 minutes to Uptown. 10 minutes to the park and drive lot for the Blue Line. Plenty of coffee shops, grocery stores, bookstores nearby. UPS and FedEx are both 3 minutes away.
Not in a rush to lease. Looking for a solid vibe from a class act and the entire package MUST be a good fit.
