Cheap room for rent near Dearborn

Hi!

I'm moving out, and am looking for someone to take my spot in this apartment. I'm currently renting a room in a 3 bedroom apartment (the 3rd bedroom is not being used, so you can take that as well for small additional amount). The apartment comes with good amenities like a garden (for the summer), parking, firepit, and a balcony. It's near major streets like McGraw Ave and Michigan ave, so it's close to the 2 and 261 bus stops. Dearborn, and a bunch of cute coffee shops, is only 5 minutes away by car.

I'm hoping to get someone to move in mid-February to early march (which is when I'll be moving out).

Rent: $350
Electricity (varies): $88 (that was my bill for Dec when I used heating a lot)
Option to split internet bill with roommate or landlord

Overall vibes (aka more about the people who you'll be living with):

The landlady is super sweet. She lives downstairs with her two/three daughters and is pretty chill. You can determine the relationship you have with her (whether you want a neighborly one where you share sugar and stuff, or one where you just pay and stay out of each other's business, up to you.) Her main thing is that she wants folks who have a steady income and are able to pay rent every month.

The person you'll be rooming with is a 20-something year old guy who's room is on the other side of the apartment. He's chill, fairly friendly, and usually just minds his business. That being said, part of the reason why I'm leaving is because he doesn't really clean (I'm a neat freak). So if you're good with confrontation/being direct (to ask him to clean), are okay with cleaning the apt, are barely home so you don't really notice- you're the perfect roommate!
