Short Term Sublet

Living Room

Hi! We are Kaitlin and Kait (yes, we have the same name lol), and we are looking for a respectful, clean, and kind person to sublet a bedroom with a closet and window in our 3rd floor walk up- 3 Br, 1 1/2 Bath. We have a dishwasher and washer and dryer in unit (a NYC dream). Please be prepared to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

We work in healthcare and the music industry so are generally at work M-F, 9-5. The room is available as soon as possible until January 15. The rent is $1500/month and will be pro-rated. Utilities will be included. We have internet and no cable but a smart TV in the living area.

The room is not furnished, but we do have a nice, size Full air mattress and can provide sheets/linens, or if you have your own furniture, of course that is welcome! We have one older cat who is very sweet- she mostly sleeps and stays in Kaitlin’s room, but she’ll venture out to the living room/kitchen area as well.

This is our home, so we’re looking for someone who will be respectful of that. We’d love to be friends, but if you do better hanging on your own, that’s okay too. :) We hope to hear from you!
