Apartment Lease Takeover
Hello! I am looking for someone to takeover my apartment's lease. We renewed recently, however, due to job purposes, I am needed to relocate. It will be available on February 1st where you will be signing on with another female tenant. The requirement is to make 40x the lease combined with her.
Total rent is $2340 NOT including utilities. You'll be able to discuss with the other tenant on how you want to split this. The apartment is located in the Upper East Side on the 4th floor of a walk up. It comes fully furnished, gets A LOT of sunlight, and the room is furnished with a queen size bed. The building unfortunately does not allow pets. This apartment is in an incredible location; close to all transportations (Q, 6, buses), shops, bars, restaurants, parks, etc.
