The apartment building is located on West 139th street, a stone's throw from City College and walking distance to the 1 and A/B/C lines. Columbia University is also easily accessible from this location making it ideal for students, but also for professionals looking for an easy commute.

I have 1 private room available in this apartment. The apartment is a 4 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom.
Basically you pay for your own private room, but must share common areas in the apartment with your roommates, like kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

*Please note that rooms do not come furnished.

Rent includes water and heat, but other utilities such as internet/cable, cooking gas and electricity are separate and are split 3 or 4 ways (depending on the # of roommates). Usually about $30-$50/per person.

All agreements are month-to-month. However, we do require a minimum 6 month stay, and require a 30 day move-out notice.

We seek roommates that are neat, quiet and keep to themselves-Drama Free.
Please note that even though this is a month-to-month agreement, there is still an application and approval process required for all potential tenants.
We require proof of annual income (31k+) and credit score (650+). Good credit is a MUST.
**We can work with guarantors for applicants that haven't established any credit history yet.

*NO COUPLES ALLOWED, it's one person per room only. *No guests past 9pm nor overnight stays permitted.

*No PETS allowed. *No Smoking allowed inside the apartment or building.
