I am looking for a roommate that is EXTREMELY CLEAN, RESPECTFUL, QUIET & PAYS ON TIME. The room comes fully furnished with a full sized bed, a dresser, a couch, a mirror, a closet, a TV, heater and Air conditioner. The apartment is a 10 min walk to the 4 train & 30 min away from the city. The building is super clean and modern with an elevator, has on site laundry and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Utilities are $100 extra based on the fact that we’re in summer and I know the AC will be running 24/7. To move in I will be needing first month’s rent, deposit, proper identification and income verification Thank you. (If couples are interested rent is slightly higher)
