Small Room in Greenpoint

Greetings!

I have one room (please see attached pictures for dimensions & current layout) that will become available Dec 1st. Move-in before this date is possibly for the right person and under the right circumstances.

Being on the more petite size, the room is ideal for someone with either a separate storage space or with few belongings.

The apartment itself is on the smaller side and could be described as bohemian-esque.

We are two adults. One flatmate works in Healthcare and the other works in the film industry. There is also one 🐈.

Potential cohabitator must be punctual and clean. Shared space (ie kitchen, bathroom, & living room) cleanliness should be maintained at all times. Rather than douse the kitchen with insecticide, we'd prefer never leaving dishes in the sink and keeping counters free of any food residue.

Being situated between McCarren park, restaurants, and many bars, the party should never be brought home. We prefer a quite & safe space to recharge from the crazy goings-on during these times.

Proof of vaccination & ID will be required to even be considered.

Rent includes utilities (gas, electric, Fios)
