Available immediately: 1250/month plus 1/3 of utilities - One nice room available for rent (12 x 12) in a large 4 bedroom (2100 sq feet w 6600 sq ft lot), two story house with full access to the kitchen, garage w/laundry and extra fridge, yard and patio. The House is located next to beautiful Marijane Hamann Park (tennis courts, playground, field), Castlemont school, and is about a 5 min drive/10 minute walk to downtown Campbell. It is a beautiful street, just paved, wonderful neighbors and Safeway/groceries/restaurants - two blocks away. Plenty of street parking, two cars can fit in the driveway....the garage is currently a workshop as we often build and work on projects.

To be clear, there will be a total of 3 people in the house including you and it is four bedrooms.... this room is on the second floor, next to a room that is an office (no shared wall with a bedroom), and the bathroom is shared with one other person (only the shower really, as the other person lives downstairs and there is a half bath downstairs).
The room is approximately 12’x12’ and has an organizer built into the closet and a new fan recently installed with remote.

The utilities include - cleaning service every 2 weeks, high speed internet and wifi, Xfinity, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Netflix and HBO Max, a printer, scanner.

Prerequisites:
Proof of income and place of work.
Basic background information.
Only one person, no couples but overnight guests are acceptable.
Deposit of one months rent.

About us:
We are two male, friendly and easy going roommates, a 39 yr old and a 42 yr (a young 39 and 42 😊) old professional who work full time m-f, we have a small dog in the house and she’s hypoallergenic, crate trained and friendly. It really is a fun house and environment. We are laid back and easy going, enjoy having a few friends over on the weekends to socialize, BBQ or watch sporting events (UFC and NFL recently). We love our last roomate, he is 28 and a great friend....he is moving because he is getting married, congrats to him!
