2450 sqft ranch-style home in a quiet neighborhood

We will be renting out 3 bedrooms in the 1225sqft basement with a shared 3/4 bathroom. The basement will have a large family room with a TV, wood fireplace, and a fully equipped bar (alcohol will not be provided). There will be a shared storage room as well as a large laundry room. All doors will be replaced downstairs, but we do not have a timeframe at this moment. All rents include utilities and amenity use.

Bed 1: 137sqft. Large egress window and closet - $800/mo

Bed 2: 128sqft. Large egress window and closet - Radon mitigation system installed here - $750/mo

Bed 3: 103sqft. - Currently occupied

Upstairs has a renovated (shared) kitchen, large living room with TV, dining room, and an additional shared 3/4 bathroom.

Amenities: Fully stocked and renovated kitchen (welcome to use any cookware/bakeware/dishes/small appliances), large living room with TV, dining room, and an additional shared 3/4 bathroom.
There is also a small kitchenette set up downstairs for convenience including a microwave, single-serve coffee maker, Brita, and shelving. There is a large empty storage room any tenants are welcome to, more storage may be provided if needed upon further discussion. Washer/dryer on-site, lots of street parking, and a fenced backyard.

Couples may be considered for an additional fee, will discuss more via phone/chat.

Pets at this time are not permitted to ensure harmony among the roommates and the house. However, we do pet sit our friends’ dogs from time to time.

About the roomies
My wife and I just purchased this property in August. We will be working on projects and improvements throughout the home. We’re excited to rent out the basement and want to offer as many amenities as possible.

We are a young professional couple who both currently work from home. We don’t have many large get-togethers but do enjoy hosting a small dinner/game night for friends on occasion. We enjoy cooking, baking, board games & movies.

Due to a strong allergy to cigarette smoke, smoking is not permitted in or outside of the home.

We are looking for people who are clean and responsible, everyone is excepted to be respectful of our home and each other. Proof of employment and a background check will be required.
