Beautiful Home in Cherry Creek!

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

The house is located in Cherry Creek in a beautiful neighborhood! There is a large front and backyard, three stories, and is completely updated, including a new kitchen, hardwood floors, and bathrooms.

The main floor has a dining area, living room, family room, kitchen, bedroom (with a private patio and entrance) and shared bathroom.

The basement has a living area, bedroom, laundry room and half bath.

The upper level has two bedrooms and a jack and jill bathroom.

ABOUT US

Myself and my friend Joshua would be your roomies! We have been friends for 10 years and moved from Phoenix last year (where we were born and raised). We absolutely love Denver so far! We are hard working professionals, each doing program management and business development at tech companies. We both work from home and work hard but love to enjoy our weekends.

We usually go out to eat, go see shows at Red Rocks or local venues, go on bike rides, have brunch, see movies, play frisbee golf, hike, go on day trips or weekend trips to Aspen, Breckenridge, Boulder, Black Hawk, etc.!
During the week we enjoy having wine and cooking home-made meals, sitting out on the patio and listening to music and watching interesting shows or documentaries 🤓. Josh loves to play EDM, especially Tiesto!

We are fun, considerate, funny, artistic/intellectual, open-minded people that just prioritize having harmony and great experiences in life. Excited for what the future brings!
