Room for rent:
It’s a 5-bed room 3 1/2-bathroom, house. The Bedroom shown is unfurnished.

Potential Roommates would be between ages 20 - 30. Ideally, you would be a mature student who is focused while here or a professional with a similar respectful and responsible mindset as us.

Current roommates:
We are three professional mixture of females and males of ages ranging from 20-30; we have mutual respect for each other. We are considerate and mindful of each other.

Lastly, looking for non-smokers, non-alcoholics and no drug addicts, no pets; expensive habits which affect other roommates and bring unwanted drama.

Bills:
- electric/water/trash and Wi-Fi are included.

Guests:
Only occasional sleepover guests are allowed.
