We are both 31 years old, pleasant and open minded ladies looking for someone who has a good sense of responsibility and humor. We keep a tidy home as we love being in it, and hope you do, too! Our home is fully furnished, and we have everything in the main area that you would need, but we welcome your additions!

Your room has a bed frame and a new Casper queen sized mattress (our last roommate lived here for only one month before having to move away from work- leaving their new mattress). If you have your own bed, we can also remove this for you. The bedroom has one window, and blank white walls. There is NO closet, but there is a rack on the wall, and the room is pretty spacious. You’re welcome to paint (we have leftover pink and green you can use if you want). There is an air conditioner\heater in the room with remote.

We have a large tv in the living room with most of tv and movie services already (no extra charge).

There is laundry in the building downstairs which you download an app to use, but we have a good place that picks up and drops off that is super affordable.

Utilities are reasonable. Con Edison bill for electricity and air is usually about $50 per person monthly. Internet is around $60 per person monthly.

We are on the same block, just steps away from the L and G trains at Lorimer/metropolitan station.

Think Coffee is directly across from us, which we definitely light $6 on fire every morning going to. But we love them! Lots of excellent restaurants nearby, and Sunac grocery on the block, too.

We have a friendly 10 y/o husky that is with us most of the time, but occasionally stays with Claire’s mom nearby. He’s very chill, mostly just sleeps, and we constantly vacuum any lost hair.

Trash and recycling is just outside in front of the building. We take it out when full, and though we don’t have a typical order of cleaning, we just do as much to keep tidy, but we are open to a schedule if you prefer.
When ordering supplies for cleaning or paper goods, we just split, but we try to be minimal.

We both are very social people but we find our home sacred so we are respectful of the space and communicate gatherings. We want you to feel happy and included and we will work to make sure that happens.

Other things you should know; we love true crime documentaries and good wine.
