Brand new home 1 mile from downtown Petaluma!
Brand new, gorgeous home, by the Petaluma river, behind Petaluma In-N-Out off Lakeville. High ceilings, new appliances, large windows, up-and-coming neighborhood. 1 mile walk to downtown. We are two female roomies in our 20s plus my 5 yo daughter & sweet (very clean and kind) kitty. You would have your own bathroom & bedroom + closet & room to store a few items in the 2 car garage as needed. Street parking. Access to the river. Ideally, we would like a fun, kind, kid-friendly roommate to join us in this beautiful space! We are both creative and into healthcare. We usually keep to ourselves in the evenings aside from a movie night or two here and there. We enjoy wine & the bachelorette (terrible I know) and cheer eachother on in our career goals & self-improvement. We have a housekeeper every other week & like to stay organized. Let us know if you think you would be the right fit!
