Mansion To Share - Glen View Area

3 large, spacious, private rooms available for sublease in the Glen View area of Oakland. Looking for two or three people who are mature, employed, responsible, open minded and non-cigarette smoker. Home is a friendly environment. The place includes two living rooms, pantry, kitchen, three bathrooms, washer/dryer, storage, large backyard, great neighborhood, and a very cool guy who loves Oakland. Couples are welcome and specifics can be addressed in interview. Application, credit check and references required. First and last month’s rent required. Utilities are not included and average about $200 per month per tenant.

Current tenant has lived in place 8+ years with the same housemates, who are moving on to create their own home. We are now creating Glen View Mansion 2.0. Open to all types of individuals.
