I have a two bedroom apartment with one room available including a private bathroom. This place is suitable for couples/singles but the rate will increase by $100 if you bring someone along for the stay. Changing the price from $800.00 monthly to $900.00 a month! Once you see the location and residence amenities the price is fairly good. Furthermore, always do what’s best for you! The space has 2 closets and shelves added for whatever is needed. Not furnished but everything in bathroom is new such as shower curtains, rugs, toothpaste/toothbrush holder & soap dispenser. Cleaning products and fragrances for a peaceful sweet aroma. Washer and dryer is included in unit added wireless internet. Second floor apartment that has a balcony view toward Main Street (sunset is amazing) Less than 5 minutes from Center Parc stadium. 10 minutes away from most popular recreational parks, restaurants and businesses! Gated community with surveillance and a ring doorbell camera outside of residence. 20+ bus stops putting you between Lakewood & Five Points transit station (connected to all rail lines)
