Remodeled Condo w/ Chill Vibes

Hey y'all. My name is Sam. I'm pretty chill and tryna find some people who are also chill to live with. I'm a carpenter and I've remodeled the space that I'm renting out. Honestly I'm pretty down to earth. I have another roommate Becca who is also easy going. We're looking for someone who is clean like us. We both feel safer with male guest not spending the night. And prefer someone who is not too loud, but good music is always welcome! Beyond that, be respectful and take care of the home. A little about the place: there is greenery all around, includes washer and dryer, wifi, working fireplace, guaranteed parking, a balcony and access to shared pool. I’ll also be renovating the garage into a gym in the next month or so. The condo is close to the 60 fwy with a shopping center and mall close by.
