Renting to a single tenant female only, no pets, no smoking, no co-signers respectful and likes to keep the house clean.
I have 2 young adult cats. They are active and roam all over the house. They think they own the house. Lol.
I'm an outdoors person like to travel but I also like to be home. I have a busy schedule during the week regular business hours. I don't have people visit often but once in a while family and friends do visit. Second person in the house attends school. The place is a 15min walk to Redondo Beach Pier, 10min drive to the Riviera Village, 5min walk to the local high school. This is a beautiful place to live in. Safe, quiet, neighbors are friendly.
