Townhouse, newly renovated top to bottom. Must be okay with living with a dog in the home! Home is in a good location, about 5 min walk to Patterson Park.

House has three bedrooms, each with their own bath. 2 bedrooms are on the second floor and one in the basement. Photos provided are of the room/bathroom upstairs. House does have a deck and parking space, but the deck is connected to my room, and parking space will likely always be in use. Street parking available if needed.

The house is not fully furnished as it has been recently bought and I am slowly furnishing it/moving in. I am more than happy to give a tour of the room and home.

I am a 27 year old public health professional who works from home and I also own a male Doberman, who will be professionally trained but before then is very well behaved. I am currently the only one who will be living at the house and looking for a roommate who is friendly with good vibes and is okay with living with a guard dog.

My lifestyle at home is normally very quiet and I keep to myself as I spend most of my time working, with my dog at the park, or with friends outside of Baltimore.
