Wanting a roommate who is motivated, clean, respectable, trustworthy, and reliable. Someone who has places to go and people to see. A roommate who is INDEPENDENT and handles their BUSINESS. Why?
Because i consider myself that of what I look for in a roommate. I go to school 8hrs and work 9hrs both 5 days out of the week.( not expecting anyone to keep up with me.) So i know how it feels to want to come home to a peaceful space knowing bills/rent paid, food in the fridge, my belongings safe, and bed to sleep in. Therefore unmotivated lazy people and I have a more complicated relationship.
Last and definitely not least I’m hoping of a roommate who has a fun side as well. Since we’d be living together I’m sure we’ll share plenty of giggles
